Savory Egg Avocado Toast

Directions

Fry the eggs in hot chile oil until the whites are set and the edges are crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

Cube or smash the avocado and drizzle with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.

Spread the mashed avocado on toast, then top with the fried eggs.

NOTES

  • Of course you can make more than one toast and 1/4 avocado. Life is short. Eat the cookie.
