Banana-Blueberry Overnight Oats
Directions
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 c uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 medium, ripe, banana, smashed
1/4 c blueberries
Combine, stir and cover. Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
1/4 c blueberries
1 1/2 tsp sliced almonds or chopped walnuts
Top with berries and walnuts.
