Mix until just combined. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and gently place it onto the prepared foil tray.
Whisk together and spread over top and sides of meatloaf.
Place meatloaf onto the center oven rack. Bake for about 55–60 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 155 °F. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve alongside mashed potatoes or your favorite veggie.
