Cook the tagliatelle following package instructions. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
Heat oil in a pan, add courgettes, and cook until golden. Season, add a splash of water, and mash while stirring for about 10 minutes.
Add. Cook for 2 min.
Add to pan, season and cook for 5 min.
Toss pasta with zucchini, lemon zest and juice. Add a splash of cooking water and olive oil to loosen. Season.
